Frances Perera

Frances Perera is an experienced professional currently serving as Growth Operations Lead at PUBLIC since May 2023. Previously, Frances held the position of Head of Strategic Programmes at Eva Health Technologies from March 2021 to May 2023, and served as a Senior Consultant at Ashmore Commercial from July 2020 to March 2021. Frances also worked at the National Citizen Service Trust as both Project Manager for Commissioning and Business Manager to the CEO from May 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Business Manager to the CEO at Boeing from October 2016 to April 2018, and holding roles as Political Private Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister's Chiefs of Staff at 10 Downing Street from April 2014 to July 2016. Additionally, Frances was a Parliamentary Assistant to The Rt Hon Hugo Swire MP at the House of Commons from October 2011 to March 2014. Frances holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2008 and 2011.
