Vida Tehrani is an experienced development professional with significant expertise in grant management and policy. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Development at the Public Policy Institute of California since July 2019, Vida previously held various positions including Senior Grants Manager and Grants Manager at the same institution. Prior experience includes roles as Contracts and Grants Manager at Heluna Health, Grants Manager and Grants Officer at the International Rescue Committee, and Project Assistant in the Graduate Program in International Affairs at The New School. Other notable positions include US Campaigns Research and Policy Intern at Global Citizen, Liaison Assistant at the World Food Programme, and an Intern for the United Nations. Vida began a career with the Peace Corps, working as a Community Education Agent. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School, a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a certificat from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
