Susan Miller-Hendrix

Susan Miller-Hendrix is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in science education and curriculum development. With a current role as Science Supervisor at the Public Schools of Robeson County since December 2017 and as Science Curriculum Facilitator at Scotland County Schools since April 2013, Susan has demonstrated leadership in science education. Previous positions include Science Teacher at Cumberland County Schools, where responsibilities included coaching the Science Olympiad team and securing grant funding, and at Flora MacDonald Academy, where Susan taught various high school science courses and led the Science Club. Earlier in Susan's career, roles such as HIV Case Manager at Aries Health Management, Inc. involved coordinating comprehensive care for patients. Susan holds multiple degrees, including an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University and two Master's Degrees in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina.
