Brooke has always believed in high standards. In fact, she may even call herself a perfectionist. Whether creating communication platforms, redesigning programs, or developing new processes, Brooke uses her razor‐sharp attention to detail to expertly diagnose inefficiencies and create a step‐by‐step plan to correct them. It’s this signature commitment to continuous improvement that motivates her to always do better and achieve the greatest outcomes for all involved.

Brooke shares her infectious enthusiasm for improvement at PSC, where she supports Catamaran, a Michigan Department of Education – sponsored software system that tracks local school district compliance with federal special education laws and regulations. She seeks to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of clients and project partners, facilitating productive discussions that enhance the system and improve the process for everyone. Brooke’s sharp skill for planning and organization help her create requirement lists, project design documents, workflows, and test plans to ensure everything is in perfect order.

Prior to joining PSC, Brooke spent eight years in state government, where she focused on lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Most recently, she managed the statewide training and certification program and facilitated process improvement engagements for all departments.
