Kait loves diving headfirst into data and unruly situations, and PSC affords her an almost unlimited supply of both. Need to make sense of a lot of information? Establish order where things are unkempt? Kait’s your girl. She has a knack for preparation and detail that arguably borders on obsessive, but it serves the firm’s clients well. Whether it is by exercising resourcefulness or distilling complicated information, Kait is more than happy to assist.

Kait serves as the director of operations for Michigan Saves — Michigan’s only and the nation’s first nonprofit green bank — which provides favorable, low‐interest financing solutions for residential and commercial energy‐efficiency and renewable energy improvements. In this role, she oversees the multimillion‐dollar organization’s day‐to‐day operations while managing and fostering new relationships with private lending partners to ensure competitive loan offerings for Michigan’s energy consumers.

In line with the principles of energy efficiency, Kait continuously seeks improvements to ensure optimal operational performance and support exceptional financing products and services, data, and processes. She even develops winning technological solutions — like the National Green Energy Network — a nationally shared digital platform that manages Michigan Saves’ lending programs.

Kait leverages her infectious energy for Michigan Saves’ mission and her formidable organizational and analytical skills to work closely with her team members and spur the organization’s growth. The result is more than $200 million in energy improvements for Michigan families and organizations, leading to energy and money savings and — in the end — happy people.
