Sandra Greyerbiehl

Senior Consultant at Public Sector Consultants

Sandra learned early on that despite one’s societal status, positive health outcomes are possible. She grew up in a Guatemalan orphanage and contracted tuberculosis at the age of two — formidable experiences that shaped this outlook in her life. While doctors gave Sandra just two weeks to live, she ultimately overcame the illness and thrived, all thanks to the tireless efforts and resources pulled together on her behalf by the orphanage. Now, she uses that experience to fuel her drive in the health field to make positive outcomes possible for everyone.

As a senior consultant on the health and human services team, Sandra works to promote healthy outcomes, leading projects and drawing on her passion and analytical approach. On any given day, Sandra may be collecting data from stakeholders, facilitating focus groups, or helping to set directional outcomes and client roadmaps.

Prior to joining PSC, Sandra spent seven years at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, where she helped shape the alternative payment model strategy and advance health equity efforts.
