Sharon Roberts Thornton has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Sharon began working at Merrill Lynch in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant to the District Director. After that, they joined Metropolitan Regional Information Systems as a Training Specialist in 2005, where they stayed until 2007. Sharon then became a Training Consultant at Computer Patent Annuities North America, LLC, where they developed and conducted web-based training for both external and internal clients. In 2010, they joined Document Managers as an Operations/Human Resource Manager. Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated their expertise in training, communication, and management.

Sharon Roberts Thornton obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rutgers University-UCN, Newark Campus in the years 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies between 2001 and 2003.
