The Human Resources and Operations team at Public Sector Solutions Group is responsible for optimizing the employee experience and ensuring smooth internal operations. Led by the Senior HR Director and Director Of Continuous Improvement, this team focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, and continuous process enhancements. The Operations/HR Manager oversees daily operations, compliance, and workforce management, while the HR/Operations Administrator handles administrative tasks and supports both HR and operational initiatives. Together, they contribute to creating a productive, innovative, and compliant work environment.
