Led by the Senior HR Director and Director Of Continuous Improvement, this team focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, and continuous process enhancements. The Operations/HR Manager oversees daily operations, compliance, and workforce management, while the HR/Operations Administrator handles administrative tasks and supports both HR and operational initiatives. Together, they contribute to creating a productive, innovative, and compliant work environment.
