Chelsea Kang is a seasoned professional in public sector transformation and communications, currently serving as a Senior Executive at the Public Service Division since January 2023. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Executive for Communications and Fundraising at Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives, Singapore (CHARIS) from July 2021 to December 2022, and also contributed as an Executive for Partnerships and Engagement at RAISE SG from July 2019 to July 2021, where strategic programmes and research initiatives were developed to enhance support for social enterprises in Singapore. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and participated in an Undergraduate Exchange Programme at Sciences Po in 2018.
