Tracey M. is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at PSEG since September 2023. Previously, Tracey held various roles at American Airlines from April 2014 to September 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Specialist in Employee Relations, along with roles as Human Resources Business Partner and Flight Service Manager. Tracey started the career at Target from October 2009 to March 2014, advancing to the role of Executive Team Leader - Replenishment, among other positions. Tracey holds a Master of Legal Studies in Human Resources and Employment Law from Texas A&M University School of Law and a BBA in Production and Operations Management and International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
