Pierre Mitchell

Pierre Mitchell is a seasoned expert in procurement and supply chain management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Research Officer and Managing Director at Spend Matters since January 2013, Pierre leads research and content development to empower organizations in digitally transforming their operations. In addition, Pierre has been a Senior Advisor and Director of Research & Best Practices at Public Spend Forum since September 2015, focusing on helping public sector organizations adopt best practices from various sectors. Prior experiences include leadership roles at The Hackett Group, AMR Research, and Arthur D. Little, where contributions ranged from establishing advisory programs to leading procurement research initiatives. Pierre holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering/Industrial Management from Southern Methodist University.
