Matt Trenton

Vice President, Regional Facilities at Public Storage

Matt Trenton, LEED AP, has an extensive work history in facilities management and project management. Matt began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager for Pacific Design Directions, Inc. Matt then worked for Driver SPG as a Sr. Project Engineer from 2008 to 2011, before being promoted to Project Manager - Commercial Construction, a role they held until 2014. In 2014, they joined Art Gautreau, Inc. as a Project Manager before transitioning to Public Storage in 2015. At Public Storage, they have held various roles including Facilities Manager from 2015 to 2017, Senior Facilities Manager from 2017 to 2020, Regional Facilities Director from 2020 to 2020, and currently serves as the Vice President, Regional Facilities.

Matt Trenton, LEED AP, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Engineering Technology at Western Illinois University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained their LEED AP certification from USGBC in 2009.
