Paul Spittle

Paul Spittle is an accomplished real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in acquisitions within the self-storage and retail property sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at Public Storage since September 2015, Paul is responsible for identifying and sourcing new acquisition opportunities for self-storage facilities across the United States. Prior to this role, Paul held positions including Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at Public Storage, as well as Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Westwood Financial, a leading owner-operator of retail properties. Paul holds an MBA in Business from UC Irvine and has furthered education at Ulster University.
