Lena Blackstock

Lena Blackstock is currently a Partner and Managing Director at Process/Practice Studio, where Lena works at the intersection of community, the built environment, and architectural design. Prior to this, Lena held various roles such as Head of Research & Insights at HashiCorp, Director of Design Research at Asurion, and Senior Design Strategist at Idea Couture Inc. Lena's education background includes a MSc in Design Ethnography from the University of Dundee, a B.A. in Journalism and Global Studies from South Dakota State University, and additional coursework at the University of Hyderabad. Throughout their career, Lena has demonstrated a strong focus on research, strategic design thinking, and developing human-centered solutions across different industries.
