Rachel Biles

Rachel Biles has worked in various roles related to leisure and physical education. Rachel started their career as a Physical Education Teacher at The Warriner School from June 2007 to June 2008. Rachel then joined West Oxfordshire District Council as a Leisure Development Officer in June 2008 and worked there until November 2018. Rachel currently works at Publica Group Ltd (Cotswold, West Oxfordshire, and Forest of Dean District Councils) as a Strategic Project Lead (Leisure) since January 2021, and previously held the role of Leisure Development Officer from November 2018 to January 2021.

Rachel Biles earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham. Rachel attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
