Jeannette Daly-Trout

Jeannette Trout is the current Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Health Media. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Vice President, Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Health from July 2017 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the Human Resources function of 5 Publicis Health advertising agencies across 5 locations. This included management of 5 HR leaders and their teams in the development and implementation of talent strategies and tactics for each business unit.

Before their time at Publicis Health, Jeannette served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Digitas Health from September 2011 to July 2017. In this role, they provided strategic, hands-on leadership of the talent function for Publicis Health’s largest advertising agency across 3 locations. This included direct accountability for a team of 12 talent professionals in Human Resources, Recruiting and Resource Management. As part of the executive leadership team, they led the development and execution of our people strategy to ensure alignment with our culture and drive business results.

Jeannette Trout may have completed an MBA in Management from Rutgers University - Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Stockton University.

Jeannette Trout reports to Andrea Palmer, President. They work with Eric Solomon - New York Office Lead, Gia Mauriello - Managing Director, and Brian Geist - Philadelphia Office Lead.
