Lisa Aiello

Lisa Aiello has a range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Lisa has worked in various roles at different companies, starting with their position as a Human Resources Assistant at Gift of Life Donor Program in 2012. Lisa then moved to Digitas Health, where they worked as an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Generalist, handling tasks such as onboarding new hires and acting as the primary HR contact for various teams. Currently, Lisa is employed at Publicis Health Media, where they have held positions as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, Talent Director, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management. Their roles have involved handling employee programs, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, and talent management.

Lisa Aiello received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they attended Villanova University for a Professional Human Resource Management program.
