Prior to their current role, Alexandra served as the President & Global Chief Creative Officer at Digitas Health LifeBrands / Publicis LifeBrands Medicus. During their tenure there, they oversaw the global creative and strategic teams across multiple agencies in the U.S., Europe, and Apac.

Before joining Digitas Health LifeBrands, Alexandra was the Chief Creative Officer at Medical Broadcasting Company. During their time there, they were responsible for leading the creative development and production of several groundbreaking creative media projects, including creating and producing the nationally syndicated TV series “Prevention’s Bodysense,” producing and publishing ePharmaceuticals and the ePharm5, and creating many of the first digital marketing campaigns for iconic brands like Tylenol, Viagra, and Crestor.
