Jesse Aitken has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jesse is currently working at Publicis Health as the Senior Director and Content Excellence Lead. In their previous roles, Jesse was a Principal Consultant and Senior Manager at Indegene, where they led teams responsible for transforming content operations for pharmaceutical companies. Jesse also worked as a Content Strategist at Epsilon, focusing on content and strategy for pharmaceutical clients. Prior to that, Jesse was the Founder of Resident Expert, LLC, where they provided marketing and branding consulting services to healthcare and biotechnology companies. Jesse also worked as the Medical Content Marketing Manager at SleepCharge by Nox Health, generating and curating medical content. Earlier in their career, Jesse founded Resident Expert Scientific Editing, offering manuscript and grant editing services to academic researchers, and worked as an Account Manager and Producer at Ideas United, specializing in healthcare and technology clients. Jesse began their career as a Lead Research Technician at Emory University School of Medicine and as a Survey Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey.

Jesse Aitken completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and Political Science at Emory University from 2003 to 2006. Following this, Jesse pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry from Georgia State University, graduating in the period from 2011 to 2014.
