Aarti Nagpal

Aarti Nagpal currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Talent at Publicis Groupe. Previously, Aarti held multiple leadership roles in human resources, including Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Leo Burnett & BBH, and Associate Vice President and Head of HR at Digitas India. Aarti's experience also includes positions at Big Bazaar - Future Retail as Deputy General Manager, Welspun Group as Senior Manager Human Resources, Raymond Limited as Deputy Manager Human Resources, and Synergy Adlabs (Big Synergy) as Assistant Manager Human Resources. Aarti holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
