Shamsher Sharma

ShamSher Sharma has extensive experience in IT and client services, currently serving as Manager of SG IT Client Services at Re:Sources, A Publicis Groupe Company since November 2011, where responsibilities include incident support and management of a service desk team across multiple regions in the APAC. Previously, ShamSher held the position of Senior Field Support Engineer at Publicis Groupe from October 2009 to November 2011, providing on-site technical support and maintaining customer relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Senior IT Specialist at Real Rewards Sdn Bhd, focusing on POS system upgrades and configurations from September 2001 to August 2009. ShamSher holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and a Microsoft Azure Solution Architect certification from KNOWLEDGECOM CORPORATION.
