Kafi Waters

Kafi Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and innovation. Currently serving as a Manager at Publicis Sapient since July 2022, Kafi also contributes as a Customer Experience Advisory Board Member at the University of Richmond. As the Experience Strategy Lead at AARP Foundation since March 2012, Kafi employs a human-centered design approach to enhance solutions for vulnerable adults aged 50 and older. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where Kafi teaches UX Design, and Event Producer for UXCamp DC/NYC, organizing professional events. Previous positions include UX Team Lead at Aquilent, Interactive Project Manager at Fathom Creative, and Content Strategist at Verizon. Kafi holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Design from Philadelphia University and a BA in Art History from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
