Pooja Atal Singh

Pooja Atal Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people strategy. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Talent Officer for the UK and DACH regions at Publicis Sapient since April 2018, Pooja has held various leadership roles, including People Strategy Lead and Senior Director of People Strategy. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sapient from January 2008 to March 2018, where Pooja directed People Strategy and served as the global lead for Performance & People Growth. Earlier, Pooja worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in Human Resource Consulting. Pooja holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Delhi University, and received foundational education at La Martiniere for Girls and Loreto House in Kolkata.
