Sriram Appa Kunnathur

Sriram Appa Kunnathur is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in people strategy and learning development. Presently serving as Senior Director of People Strategy at Publicis Sapient since January 2011, Sriram oversees learning operations for a workforce exceeding 4,500 across India and the Asia Pacific regions, centered on team management, project execution, and budgeting. Prior roles include HR Partner at IBM India, where Sriram addressed workforce development for a large employee base, and Manager of Training at Genpact, responsible for training infrastructures. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Hughes Software Systems and iEnergizer. Sriram holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Management Technology and a BA in Political Science from Delhi University.
