Rafael Hakobian

Rafael Hakobian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and project management, currently serving at NOORLOGIC LLC since February 2019 and as a Technical Advisor at Publisto since January 2020. In addition to these roles, Rafael has held prominent positions such as President of the Board of Council at "Arpa-Sevan" OJSC since July 2017 and worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at RAED PIU from March 2021 to April 2023. Earlier career contributions include consulting roles at AVAG Solutions Ltd and the Eurasia Partnership Foundation, as well as a research position with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia. Rafael began the professional trajectory as a Junior Expert with USAID and has additional experience in research with G4S and the Society of Junior Doctors. Rafael holds a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies from Yerevan State University, complemented by a certificate in Arabic Language.
