Chelsea Oyer

Chelsea Oyer possesses extensive experience in leadership development and organizational psychology, having held various management roles at Publix Super Markets from 2014 to 2021, including Manager of Leadership Development and Senior Leadership Development Consultant. As Co-Founder of Positivity from 2012 to 2014, Chelsea facilitated business operations, project management, and staff training. Academic achievements include a PhD and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, with research focused on transformational leadership. Chelsea has also contributed as an Organizational Development Consultant for Focus Consulting Group Inc and 4th Generation Systems, specializing in leadership competencies and team-building initiatives.
