Joseph Whittaker has extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Management at Publix Super Markets since February 2021, Joseph has previously held significant roles such as Regional Retail Business Manager at Comcast Business, Regional Manager at Boost Mobile, and Regional Manager at AT&T. Additionally, from April 2004 to May 2009, Joseph worked as General Manager and Regional Training Manager at Red Lobster. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Liberty University between 2011 and 2015.
