Linda Russell

Linda Russell currently serves as In-House Counsel and Sr. Contracts Attorney at Publix Super Markets, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Linda was Chief Legal Counsel at the Florida Department of Financial Services from April 2022 to April 2023, overseeing contracts and rulemaking. Linda also held the position of Attorney Supervisor and Senior Attorney at the State of Florida’s Department of Financial Services from November 2020 to April 2022. From January 2010 to November 2020, Linda worked as an Associate Attorney at Heller & Zion, LLP, representing lenders and mortgage servicers in residential mortgage foreclosure matters, and gained earlier experience as an Associate Attorney at Bryant Miller Olive P.A. from June 2008 to June 2009. Linda Russell obtained education from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law.
