Rob Castillow CS has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Wine Specialist and Wine Educator at Publix Super Markets since January 2016, while also owning Rob the Wine Guy Catering/Wine Education since January 2003. Previous roles include General Manager of Operations at Pino Gelato Italian cafés, Director of Food & Beverage at Celebration Golf Management and Melting Pot Restaurants, and Director of Food & Beverage/Sommelier at Hilton Historic Bayfront. Rob has a proven track record in enhancing wine sales, managing large teams, and developing food and beverage programs that drive profitability and improve customer service. Rob's education includes training at Disney University as a Wine Educator-Sommelier in 2003.
