Terri Daly

Terri Daly, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Pueblo City-County Library District since April 2016. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Quality Health Strategies, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Synergy Enterprises, Inc. and CR Dynamics & Associates, Inc. Additionally, Terri operated as an Independent Contractor from June 1994 to 2010, providing services in Human Resources Management, Recruiting, Communication, Marketing, and Education. Early career experience includes positions as Manager of Training and Employee Relations at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Siemens in the telecommunications industry. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from George Mason University.
