Holly Lloyd

Holly Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and program management. Currently serving as a Technical Account Executive-Trade Relations and Program Manager at Puget Sound Energy since April 2020, Holly oversees commercial and residential midstream HVAC and water heating programs. Prior experience includes roles at Levy Restaurants as a bartender and as Volunteer Chair at the Women's Leadership Council (United Way Southern Nevada). Holly's extensive career at Southwest Gas Corporation from December 1994 to September 2017 encompassed various management positions, including Administrator for Energy Efficiency, and program management for commercial and residential rebate programs in Arizona, Nevada, and California. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona.
