Paul McMillan

Paul McMillan, principal of Tidal Shift Capital Incorporated, an energy and infrastructure consulting and project development firm, serves on the boards of Puget Sound Energy and Puget Energy.

McMillan has been involved in energy and infrastructure development for more than 30 years. Prior to establishing Tidal Shift Capital, he held senior business development and operations roles with the EPCOR, Union Energy and Westcoast Energy group of companies. McMillan is a member of the board of the Alberta Electric System and serves on the board of directors of BluEarth Renewables Inc.
