Shanon Olsen

Shanon Olsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Henley Leadership Group since January 2006, Shanon is dedicated to enhancing workplace environments that foster collaboration and productivity. In addition, Shanon has been an Executive Leadership Coach for Puget Sound Energy since 2020, facilitating internal leader development and coaching a diverse range of leaders. Previous roles include providing external coaching and consulting services to Microsoft from 2008 to 2018, as well as serving as a Leadership Coach and Learning Circle Facilitator at Authenticity Consulting, LLC from 2010 to 2015. Shanon holds a Bachelor Degree in Program and Curriculum Design from Antioch University Seattle.
