Thomas MacLean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Policy Program Director and Energy Program Director at the Port of San Diego since February 2018. Prior roles at Puget Sound Energy spanned from 1999 to the present, where MacLean advanced through several key positions, including Manager of Customer Renewable Energy Programs and Manager of Green Power and Sustainability, focusing on renewable energy growth and climate change impacts.
