Gonzalo G. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gonzalo started their career as the Industrial Director at FER Mexicana, where they played a pivotal role in setting up a production facility in Puebla, Mexico. After that, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal, working on various consulting projects. In 2011, Gonzalo joined Puig as the Strategic Planning Director, responsible for developing strategic plans. Gonzalo later moved on to become the Global Consumer and Shopper Intelligence Director, where they standardized market knowledge and consumer insights. Gonzalo also served as the Analytics Director, setting up the new analytics department within the CFO office. Most recently, Gonzalo held the position of Finance and Operations Director at Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur, supporting the CEO in achieving profitable growth and managing the merging of two distinct cultures. In July 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Corporate Development at Puig.

Gonzalo G. completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management at IESE Business School from 2003 to 2005. In 2004, they were an MBA exchange student at London Business School. Prior to that, they studied at Ecole centrale de Lyon from 1997 to 2000. Gonzalo also pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a Deug d'economie degree from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 1998 and 1999.
