Vanita Sabnani Dalamal has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the luxury, lifestyle, and beauty industries. Vanita began their career as a Co-founder and Partner at SABS from 1994 to 1998. Later, they worked as a Brand Manager at Chupa Chups from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Sara Lee as a Global Category Manager for Sanex and then became a Global Innovation Manager for Home Fragrances.

In 2004, Dalamal joined Puig as the Global Marketing Manager and New Business Development, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they led the strategic direction and execution of local marketing initiatives for prestigious fragrance brands, doubling overall market share. Vanita also created and optimized strategic business models and developed engaging brand ecosystems involving traditional, digital, and social media.

Dalamal then joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2012 as the Vice President of Global Marketing for Tom Ford Beauty. After two years, they moved to Sotheby's as the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for the Americas in 2014. In 2016, they started their independent innovation consulting practice, VS Brand & Business Consulting, where they worked with clients such as Puig Beauty & Fashion Group, E. & J. Gallo, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Fund.

In 2017, Dalamal returned to Puig as the General Manager of Innovation & New Business Models and later became the Global Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Creative Lab. In their current role as the Global Vice President of Transformation, Strategy, and Creative Lab since 2022, they support the President in driving focus, prioritization, and growth in the organization. Vanita also leads the evolution of the corporate innovation hub, integrates creativity and innovation, and focuses on digital-first, content-community-commerce business models.

Vanita Sabnani Dalamal has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University, earned between 1989 and 1992. Vanita also has a Master's degree in International Commerce and Finance from Universitat de Barcelona, completed between 1994 and 1996. In 1999-2000, Vanita obtained a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Esade. Additionally, they completed an Executive Program in Innovation, New Technologies, and Exponential Thinking at Singularity University. In 2023, Vanita is expected to complete a Generative AI for Business Sprint from IMD.
