Adam Barttelt

Adam Barttelt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adam began their career in the US Navy as an Operation Specialist/Intelligence Officer, where they managed a Combat Information and Intelligence Center and provided real-time intelligence to senior officers. Following their naval service, they worked as a Golf Operations Manager at Meadowbrook Golf.

In 2008, Adam joined USIS as an Investigator, conducting inter-agency National Security Investigations for the OPM background investigation contract. Adam also served as a Case Analyst, analyzing reports for quality control and compliance. As a Field Training Officer, they trained and evaluated new investigators, managed quality control reports, and conducted evaluations and training.

Moving forward, Adam worked at IAP Worldwide Services, initially as a GSS Operations Support Manager, then as a Project Manager for disaster recovery efforts under FEMA's direction. Adam subsequently held multiple program manager roles, including USAID/Global Health Support Initiative, Base Operations Support Services, Informations Systems Support, and MSC Support Contract. Adam eventually became a Senior Corporate Operations Manager and then served as the Program Director for Critical Infrastructure.

Adam's most recent role is with PULAU Corporation, where they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, they oversee the company's training and logistics services, manages employees at various locations, and ensures high-quality service and rapid response.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in operations and management across diverse industries and organizations.

Adam Barttelt obtained a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of West Florida in 2005, and a Masters Degree in National Security Policy from the same university in 2007. Adam has additional certifications including Certified Signal Person and Rigger Level 1 (CSPR-1) and Material Handling Safety Supervisor from CICB, and AS9100 Aviation Quality Systems certification from Probitas Authentication. Additionally, they hold ISO 9001/14001 Quality and Environmental Systems certification from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc.
