Rick Cerda

Rick Cerda is a seasoned professional in information systems and telecommunications with extensive experience in managing communication systems and IT operations. Currently serving as a Senior Information Systems Technologist at PULAU Corporation since January 2019, Rick oversees communication systems for the Army's Digital Range Training System, enhancing training capabilities across multiple digital ranges. Prior roles include Telecommunications Technician at SRA, Business Administrator at Key Claims Solutions, and Deputy Mission Lead at Northrop Grumman, where Rick led a team responsible for the maintenance of sensitive information systems. Rick's military background includes significant positions in the US Air Force, managing communication teams and network operations. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University and an Associate degree in Electronic Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
