Tony Lewis has over 7 years of work experience. In 2016, they began working at Pulse PEMF as the Director of Customer Success. Tony then became the Warranty and Repair Department Manager, where they were responsible for overall Warranty and Repair department policies, systems, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. Tony also provided oversight, leadership, mentoring, and coaching of 5 Warranty positions that include technicians and administrators, and helped to promote a company culture that encouraged top performance and high morale. Tony also served as a Trade Show Specialist, Warranty and Repair Administrator, Production Supervisor, Production Team Lead, and Assembly Technician. In 2015, they worked at Paragon Tank Truck Equipment as an Accounts Payable Clerk, and at Badcock and More as a Delivery Driver. Tony also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at various locations between 2013-2015.
