Biju Kadavil

Biju Kadavil has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Biju began their career in 2001 as a Technical Support Engineer at Neoteris, Inc. Biju then moved to Juniper Networks in 2004, where they served as an Advanced TAC Engineer. In this role, they were accountable for providing L3 support for Juniper Secure Access (SSL) VPN products and acted as the last point of escalation for customers. Biju then joined Pulse Secure in 2014, where they served as a GEC Escalation Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support for Pulse Secure, Pulse Collaboration, Pulse Workspace, and Pulse One products. Biju also applied analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity, as well as provided technology and product training to GSC team (L1/L2).

Biju Kadavil obtained a Master's degree in Physics-Electronics from M.G.M School Bhilai between 1991 and 1992.
