The members have experience as CEOs of various companies, professors at universities, and head ophthalmologists at hospitals. They also have experience on boards of other organizations, such as the Blind Children's Learning Center and the Visionary Venture Fund. In terms of education, the members have degrees in fields such as ophthalmology, physics, business, and medicine.
