Gal Shalgi

Gal Shalgi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success & Operations Excellence at Pulsenmore since April 2022, Gal leads comprehensive customer strategies and manages key client relationships during FDA clinical studies. Previously, Gal was the Manager of Customer Success at Volta Solar, where a high-performing team was led to achieve significant goals. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Specialist at Moovit, where app operations were managed across multiple regions, and contributions to customer retention and sales management at Ariz Marking Solutions LTD. Gal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2017.
