Lauren Mandola has over 19 years of experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at PulteGroup since June 2004. Prior roles at PulteGroup include Senior Customer Service Manager, Customer Assistance Center Manager, and Senior Customer Relations Manager. Prior to joining PulteGroup, Lauren Mandola worked at USAA as an Auto Claims Adjuster II from May 2003 to June 2004. Lauren Mandola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University, graduating in 2003.
