Lindy Oliva

Lindy Oliva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Division President at PulteGroup since August 2009, Lindy has also held the position of VP of Finance. Prior to PulteGroup, Lindy worked as Finance Manager/Controller at Centex Homes, where responsibilities included overseeing the month-end close process and creating a business strategy that significantly improved market position and profitability. Additional experience includes serving as Controller at TOUSA, managing financial operations for multiple divisions and developing performance scorecards, and as an Internal Auditor at Lennar, conducting financial and operational audits. Lindy holds a BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
