Joel Pimienta

Joel Pimienta has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Central & North Area Manager at Pulte Mortgage since 2009, overseeing 18 branches across various states and regions. Prior to this role, Joel held positions as Central Area Manager for eight branches in Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina, as well as Central Area Manager for territories including Texas, Minnesota, and Illinois. Before joining Pulte Mortgage, Joel worked as a Loan Officer at CTX Mortgage from 2005 to 2009. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Illinois State University, earned in 2002.
