Josh Franklin

Josh Franklin has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Josh began their career at Marine National Bank, where they served as a Closing/Post-Closing Coordinator. Josh then moved on to Main Line Mortgage as a Loan Officer Assistant, where they assisted with customer relationship management and loan processing. At CNB National Bank, they worked as a Secondary Marketing Analyst, studying economic data and implementing hedging tactics to optimize revenue. Josh then joined Homebanc Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Consultant, building relationships with realtors and advising clients on mortgage plans. Josh also worked at SunTrust Bank as a Mortgage Advisor, where they originated residential loans and managed a condominium development project. Josh later joined Pulte Mortgage, serving in various roles such as Vice President/Branch Manager, Production Manager/Mortgage Finance Advisor, and Sr. Production Manager/Mortgage Finance Advisor. Josh'sresponsibilities at Pulte Mortgage included managing mortgage loan production, building cooperative partnerships, and providing visionary leadership. Most recently, they worked at DHI Mortgage as a Branch Sales Manager, overseeing loan officers and managing workflow. Overall, Josh Franklin has demonstrated expertise in mortgage loan production, sales management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Josh Franklin attended the University of North Florida from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Banking and Finance. In 2003, they attended the HomeBanc School of Mortgage Banking for Professional Sales Development Training.
