Keith Cook

Keith Cook is an experienced Client Services Liaison at Pulte Mortgage since February 2016, providing critical support to both customers and internal partners. Responsibilities include managing customer callbacks, scheduling interviews, auditing loan files for compliance, and documenting customer complaints. Previously, Keith served as a Vendor & Consumer Services Liaison, leading a team to facilitate the home loan process, which involved preparing client materials and verifying necessary documentation. Keith's career also includes an internship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where management skills were developed, and a marketing internship with the University of Northern Colorado's Athletic Department, focusing on game day promotions. Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado, earned in 2015.
