Michiel Kupers

Michiel Kupers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of ICT and lithography. Currently a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology since January 2022, Michiel has also been a volunteer at PUM Netherlands Senior Experts since January 2020, providing support for ICT projects in various countries including Colombia, Mali, and Bangladesh. Prior roles include Principal Architect at ASML from February 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities involved overlay matching activities between EUV and non-EUV scanners, and Technical Applications Director at Cymer B.V.
