Dave Martin

Dave Martin has extensive work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Dave started their career at Amgen in 1994, where they served as the Executive Director of Metabolic Disorders until 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Vice President of Biology Research at Nektar Therapeutics. In 2010, they started working as a consultant for various companies including Amgen, Nektar, and Sanifit. In 2011, they became a Clinical Consultant for Amgen, Nektar, and Sanifit, providing expertise in drug development. In 2014, they joined Puma Biotechnology, Inc. as the Senior Director of Preclinical Research, where they were responsible for nonclinical drug development and medical writing. Since 2018, they have been working at QED Therapeutics in various roles, including Vice President of Nonclinical and Clinical Pharmacology and Senior Vice President of Nonclinical Pharmacology.

Dave Martin received their Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Royal Veterinary College, U. of London, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
