Sean Craig

Sean Craig is the current Head of Human Resources at Puma Energy. Sean has held this position since July 2012. Prior to that, they were the Interim CHRO at Puma Energy from June 2007 to July 2012. Sean has also worked as the HR Technology Stream Lead & Technical Delivery Manager at iFactory Consulting from August 2006 to July 2007. In this role, they were responsible for Engaging customers and acting as liaison for translating business requirements into technical delivery across multiple projects. Sean also led core teams in developing technology fit-for-purpose solutions and successfully assured alignment with established architectural principles, standards and roadmaps. Sean's focus was on the Mining industry. Prior to that, Sean worked as an HR Officer at Teljoy Business Systems from June 2007 to July 2007 where they were responsible for HR Generalist work including Labor Relation activities at the CCMA.

Sean Craig has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IE Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from University of Johannesburg, and a Matric from Potchefstroom High School for Boys. Sean is also certified by Oracle in Oracle E – Business Suite R12.1.
